Rahul Gandhi has returned from his 57-day sabbatical, which became a major talking point for his critics and set off speculation about his political future. The Congress vice president returned by the 11.15 am flight from Bangkok and was welcomed by his mother and party president Sonia Gandhi, and sister Priyanka, who had waited at his home in Delhi.
