Quantitative Easing May Take Europe Out of Deflation: Robert Shiller
Economist Dr. Robert Schiller, who has written the book "Irrational Exuberance", believes that Quantitative Easing, which the European Central Bank has announced, will help boost housing demand in Europe and bring Eurozone out of deflation.
