Prime Minister Narendra Modi this afternoon took a sharp dig at the BJP's rivals in Uttar Pradesh, suggesting that he was waiting for them to claim the credit for a Rs 9,800 crore water canal project in Balrampur that he launched today. "It is the nature of some people only to cut ribbons and then forget about the work," he said.
