With over a decade of experience in venture capital, social entrepreneurship, investment banking and international development, Kartik Desai is Principal at Asha Impact, an impact investment and policy advocacy organization founded by Vikram Gandhi that enables business leaders to combine their capital, networks and expertise to address development challenges in India. He has been an investment manager at two of the largest impact funds in India, Lok Capital and Aavishkaar, and is the founder of What’s Up Bharat, a platform for young Indians to engage on social and political issues using data analytics.
