A court in London has ruled for the extradition of beleaguered business tycoon Vijay Mallya. So why is it a big deal? Well simply because we haven't had much luck to date with UK courts. There has been till date only one extradition and that too in a very low profile case last year. So even though Vijay Mallya is not coming back any time soon, it is a shift in India's perception abroad and how our judicial system, our courts are seen.
