Top journalists and editors gathered at the Press Club of India in Delhi to condemn the raids on NDTV. Legal expert Fali Nariman said the Central Bureau of Investigation or CBI which conducted the raids had not followed procedure. "It should have told the complainant to file a complaint in a criminal court but rather the raids took place and were carried out as widely publicised," he said.
