War of words in Parliament over Kashmir autonomy
The situation in Kashmir is causing serious concern. With the state caught in a vicious cycle of violence, with stone throwing crowds taking centrestage, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh spoke of the need for better methods of crowd control.
