Uttarkashi flood: Will approach PM for more aid, says Vijay Bahuguna

With over 31 people dead and 1500 displaced due to flash floods in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna tells NDTV that there are insufficient funds for relief and that he will approach the PM for more aid.
