Top Court Adjourns Hearing On Article 35A Amid Kashmir Shutdown

The Supreme Court today adjourned the hearing on petitions challenging the validity of the Article 35-A and fixed the next date for August 27. The matter was supposed to be heard by a three-judge bench, but since Justice DY Chandrachud wasn't available, Chief Justice Dipak Misra said a two-judge can't hear it.
