Former United Nations diplomat and Congress candidate from Thiruvananthapuam Shashi Tharoor has denied that he insulted the National Anthem at a function in Kochi in December. Reacting to the summons issued by Magistrate court for his personal appearance on April 18, Tharoor said he would be able to prove his innocence before the court.
