Students Continue Protest In Ranchi, Demand CBI Probe Into JPSC Recruitment Row

Hundreds of students continued their indefinite protest in Ranchi for the fifth consecutive day, demanding a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the 14th JPSC Combined Preliminary Examination, the JSSC-CGL recruitment process and several other government recruitment tests. The protesters, who have gathered at a stadium since July 29,have been raising slogans calling for an independent investigation and accused the Jharkhand government of failing to ensure transparency in the recruitment process.
