Spectrum Auction Day 3: No Bidders Yet For Premium Band

On the third day of the biggest spectrum sale -- 2354 MHz of airwaves are on offer -- there are still no takers for the most premium band. Even after 16 rounds of bidding, the premium band of 700 MHz went unsold. And that could totally upset the government's calculation of earning Rs. 5 lakh 60 thousand crore from the sale of airwaves.
