Indian Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai has said that during talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Abu Jundal, who was a key planner of 26/11, was discussed. Jundal who is in custody in Delhi, was deported from Saudi Arabia last month. "I emphasised that bringing the guilty to justice in the Mumbai attacks would be the biggest confidence-building measure," Mr Mathai said.
