Nupur Talwar, accused with her husband Rajesh of the murders of their only child Aarushi and their domestic help will have to spend the night in jail. A CBI court hearing her bail plea will pronounce the verdict tomorrow. Mrs Talwar was refused bail this afternoon by a special CBI court. The CBI opposed her bail on the grounds that she could tamper with evidence if she is not sent to prison.
