A man with special needs was beaten up by an angry mob on the suspicion that he was a braid chopper. His attackers also tried to burn him alive in Jammu and Kashmir's Sopore area, police said today. A cellphone video shows a group of men ruthlessly beating him, stripping him and attempting to set him on fire. The victim has been identified as Wasim Ahmad Tantray.
