This afternoon, a man was set on fire by a crowd in Gurgaon. The police is seen on camera standing by as the man is engulfed by flames. The head of a village panchayat near Manesar in Haryana was shot dead this afternoon. The crowd grabbed one of the alleged shooters and poured kerosene over him, before setting him on fire.
