The physically challenged should be referred to as Divyaang (of godly parts) instead of 'Viklaang' (handicapped), Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Mann ki Baat today. "God gives an 'extra power' to the physically challenged... To us, they may seem at a disadvantage, but they have a special talent within," PM Modi said in the 15th edition of his radio address.
