Parliament spoke in one voice today on Jammu and Kashmir and the unrest in the Valley passing a unanimous resolution appealing for peace and promising to restore confidence of Kashmiris, especially the youth. Rajnath Singh blamed Pakistan for the unrest. This on a day the NIA released the confession of captured Pakistani terrorist Bahadur Ali who said Pakistani Army is working in cahoots with Lashkar-e-Taiba to fuel trouble in J&K.
