While treating Congress Member of Parliament Jaganmohan Reddy with kid gloves, the Congress party has suspended one of his loyalists for making intemperate remarks against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah. The Congress doesn't want to take on Jagan just yet, but is trying to draw some lines for acceptable behaviour.
