Manohar Parrikar is back in charge of his home state of Goa. After taking oath as Chief Minister today, he derided the Congress, which unsuccessfully asked the Supreme Court to stop his swearing-in ceremony this evening. "The Supreme Court gave Congress a phatkaar (strong rebuke)," Mr Parrikar, 58, told NDTV.
