Speaking in Washington, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said it cannot be denied that some reforms have slowed down due to "pressure of coalition politics." His comments came a day after a controversy over the government's Chief Economic Advisor Kaushik Basu's remarks that there will be no big ticket reforms till 2014.
