The Chennai's MLAs hostel is one only in name. At the flat of Rajammal Samraj, an AIADMK MLA from Tuticorin, NDTV discovered her grandson Deepak with his girlfriends. Deepak said his grandmother's flat is the perfect pad for his gang to hang out with their girl friends. It's cheap: only Rs 500 a month, and well connected.
