Or is it the contractrors responsible for delivering substandard potholes in the first place? That depends on who you ask. While our focus is Bengaluru on the show, here's another reality check. According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways - in is annual report 'Road Accidents in India,' an astonishing number of people died in road crashes as a result of potholes between 2013 and 2016. 11,386 people were killed across our country and 36,421 were injured.
