In Bengaluru, journalists held a solidarity meeting in support of Delhi reporters who are facing threats and assault on the ground while covering the violence in northeast neighbourhoods of the national capital. Reporters from NDTV and other organisation have been injured in attacks by rioters. A memorandum to Home Minister Amit Shah was submitted through the Karnataka Governor's office.
