NDTV investigates the Bangalore land scam that has cost the state exchequer a loss of over Rs 350 crore rupees, according to preliminary investigative reports by the Lokayukta. This however only pertains to illegal de-notification of land. Notified land has also been illegally sold off, and if taken into account, will cost an estimated Rs 250 crore rupees more to the government.
