The Maharashtra registration department issued a final order directing A Media Enterprises LLP-where Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar is a partne to pay Rs 21 crore in stamp duty dues plus Rs 1.47 crore penalties within 60 days. The order pertains to a government land parcel in Pune's Maval sold for Rs 300 crore, flagged for undervaluation, irregularities, and alleged collusion with an arrested developer.
