The legal clash between former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede and Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment has intensified. The Delhi High Court has postponed the hearing in Wankhede's defamation suit against Netflix, Red Chillies, and others over the docu-series The Ba**ds of Bollywood* to November 10. In its response, Red Chillies defended the show, arguing that satire cannot be considered defamatory and claiming that Wankhede is already a subject of public scrutiny and ridicule.
