People from across the world flock to visit the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra throughout the year. It is one of the most visited tourist places in the country which attracts over approximately 80 lakh people each other. However, the dirt and filth outside and around the monument is a major put-off and is a blot on the experience of tourists taking in the magnificence of the site. Our Banega Swachh India campaign, in partnership with the government's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, recognises this and has come up with a Swachh Agenda to clean-up the surroundings of the landmark.
