Nitish Kapoor, Regional Director, RB, South Asia, committed to building a 'Swachhalaya' or a clean toilet of a certain standard in every city by December, 2016, during the 12-hour-long Banega Swachh India campaign Cleanathon. People can try it out, and if it works, more people can carry forward this initiative, he added.
