Under-recoveries still high due to rupee: BPCL
The sharp depreciation in the rupee has contributed to the increase in under-recoveries and firming international crude prices could prompt oil marketing companies (OMCs) to further increase retail fuel prices, RK Singh, CMD, BPCL said.
