Oil marketing companies are seeing improved margins and lower retail fuel rates are likely if crude rates remain stable, according to the latest ICRA report. NDTV speaks to Girishkumar Kadam, senior vice president, corporate Ratings, ICRA as well as one of the authors of the report  on how this study was conducted and the future outlook on fuel rates.
