Jagdish Khattar, chairman and managing director of Carnation, says he believes that the current lean period for the auto sector is a seasonal factor and that the second half of fiscal year 2013-14 is likely to show some improvement in the sales numbers. However, the industry may have to grapple with multiple demand and supply-side issues.
