Azlin Ahmad, editor, Argus Media, says crude prices have risen in the very short term and will likely remain where they are. She says it is unlikely that the Brent will fall to the low $90-95 mark since Spain is finally seeing some infusion of funds and there are hopes that China may put in place some stimulus measures.
