A day after Axis Bank- Enam Securities merger, the broking space was buzzing on bourses with everyone expecting more consolidation in this space. Axis Bank has announced acquisition of investment banking and other businesses of Enam Securities for Rs. 2,067 crore in an all-stock deal.
