On the 16th day of disruption in Parliament, both Houses witnessed repeated adjournments as the Opposition pressed for statements from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. While Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said the government is ready for a detailed discussion and Shah's response, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman accused the Opposition of blocking debate on key reform bills through disruptions and walkouts.
