The Narendra Modi government is going to present a 'white paper' on the state of economy during the previous Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government. The government's proposed 'white paper' comparing the economic situation before and after 2014 is likely to be introduced in the parliament in the second half today by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
