The second batch of Indians evacuated from violence-hit Sudan arrived in Mumbai on Thursday afternoon. The Indian Air Force aircraft, which took off from Jeddah earlier today, brought back 246 Indians under Operation Kaveri. "The Indian government supported us a lot. The Saudi government helped a lot too. We had no issues. I want to thank Indian embassy and the S Jaishankar," says Bhavin Mehta, one of those brought back under Operation Kaveri.
