On Camera, Man Seen Slapping Elderly Couple in Chandigarh
A man is seen on camera repeatedly slapping a woman and her husband, both in their 60s, at their mobile phone shop in a market complex in Chandigarh. In the disturbing visuals caught on CCTV camera, not one neighbor or friend is seen trying to stop the attacker or help the couple.
