The Supreme Court today dismissed Yakub Memon's petition, clearing the decks for his execution tomorrow. Yakub's only hope now is his second mercy petition to the President. On The Buck Stops Here, we debate: has justice been served? Is there finally closure for 257 victims of 1993 Mumbai blasts? Or is India's public opinion still split wide open with a number of eminent members of civil society, including politicians, petitioning the President to show mercy to Yakub Memon?
