Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur has been in jail for her alleged role in the 2008 Malegaon blasts in which six people were killed an over 100 injured. But today, just weeks after the National Investigating Agency gave her a clean chit, a special
Mumbai court denied her bail and rapped the NIA. The court said there are reasonable grounds to believe that the accusations against Sadhvi Pragya are prima facie true. The blast probe along with other so called Hindu terror cases has seen one setback after another, from witnesses who have turned hostile, to slow prosecutions, to accusations that agencies have been told to dilute charges.
