At least ten districts in Tamil Nadu including Chengalpattu and Cuddalore have declared a rain holiday for schools following heavy rainfall. The weather department has forecast heavy to heavy rainfall. One girl has died in Thiruvarur district following a wall collapse. NDTV's Sam Daniel reports
