"Our coal capacity is going to stay, the percentage it occupies in our energy basket will come down but that doesn't mean that the capacity will come down in absolute terms, the employees will be there," says Power Minister RK Singh when asked whether the massive coal economy of India will be impacted and will coal mines be shut down.
