At least 73 per cent of Indian women leave their jobs after giving birth, according to a survey. Though India has a strong maternity leave policy and law, they have turned out, however, to be deterrence for working women. While many experts have called for blind CVs, others have advocated for equal parenting like in countries like Sweden, Norway. Senior journalist Mugdha Kalra talks about possible solutions that can be introduced at workplaces for women who join work after maternity leave.
