An SUV was seen on CCTV speeding down a near-empty road in Haryana's Gurugram, with sparks flying under the chassis. The Tata Nexon SUV hit a bike in Gurugram's Cyber City area and instead of stopping to check on the rider and help him, the driver dragged the bike for nearly a kilometre under the SUV.
