Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee is on his way to Delhi from Kolkata to appear before the Enforcement Directorate on Monday for investigation into the theft of coal from mines in Bengal's Asansol area, allegedly in connivance with public sector officers. His wife, Rujira, was to go to ED's Delhi offices September 1 but she declined, citing her two young children, and asked the ED to question her at her home in Kolkata instead.
