Chandrababu Naidu has been able to speak with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to formally convey the Telugu Desam Party's decision to pull out its two ministers from Team Modi over "special status" for the state. The Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Minister of State for Science and Technology YS Chowdary will meet the Prime Minister at 6 this evening. Mr Naidu announced his decision last night but wanted the resignations to be handed over only after he was able to speak with PM Modi. Chandrababu Naidu, however, wasn't able to get through to PM Modi for the last 15 hours.
