On Sunday night, the Social Service branch of the Mumbai police raided Viraj bar in Ghatkopar in the city's central suburbs. As many as 44 bar girls, 12 orchestra players, the manager, his assistant and a cashier were taken into custody for indecent behaviour and operating without a licence.
