It has been a non-stop party time in Telangana's Munugode where a bypoll is scheduled on November 3. Liquor, biryani, chicken and mutton are being given free of cost. All you need to do is wear a party scarf, hold a flag, join a procession or attend a meeting. Many stopped going to work and instead decided to enjoy the good times.
