The son of BH Loya, the judge who was hearing the Sohrabuddin encounter case, today said he is no longer suspicious about his father's death. And how can the Supreme Court resolve the crisis over allocation of cases, including a petition on judge Loya? Senior advocate Indira Jaising and the head of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Vikas Singh, debate.(Picture courtesy: The Caravan)
