The death of judge BH Loya -- who was hearing the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case -- in 2014 should be investigated, says a petition filed in the Bombay High Court. The petition, filed by the Bombay Lawyers' Association, has asked the court to set up a commission of inquiry headed by a retired Supreme Court judge.
